We understand how important it is to have a fast broadband connection as a student.
With this in mind, we have fast fibre broadband in all our houses and this is included in your rent. You can either connect to the house WiFi or one of the fixed internet connections.
Bedrooms
All of our bedrooms are supplied fully furnished, most with modern furniture from Ikea.
Some bedrooms even come with en-suite bathroom facilities; however, these are in high demand and there is an additional premium to pay.
Communal living
We know how important communal living spaces are in a shared house and we try to make them places where you want to relax and socialise.
Many of our kitchens have been refurbished to a high standard and come supplied with fitted appliances.
Gardens
Many of our houses have a small front garden and a landscaped garden to the rear.
This is perfect in the summer if you want to have a barbeque or relax in the sun.
Eco living

ALL Bills Included

We're One Call Away
As we are professional landlords, our office is open 9-4 Monday through Friday. Even outside of office hours, you can get in touch with our maintenance team with any emergencies.
